Personal Training
Ready to be challenged and supported? Choose the package with the frequency that is right for you or buy sessions separately.
Ideally, you will have a set-up that allows you to be on video for these sessions so Sammi can give direction. Small changes in your form can make a big difference for your muscles and joints. Accommodations can be made for those that cannot. You don’t need fancy workout equipment.
