Personal Training

Ready to be challenged and supported? Choose the package with the frequency that is right for you or buy sessions separately. 

Ideally, you will have a set-up that allows you to be on video for these sessions so Sammi can give direction. Small changes in your form can make a big difference for your muscles and joints. Accommodations can be made for those that cannot. You don’t need fancy workout equipment.

If using insurance:

  • Requires a mental health diagnosis such as ADHD, anxiety, stress related to adjusting to a change/event in your life, etc. Stress can have a large impact on weight loss and part of the focus will be reducing stress to help with progress.
  • Aetna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, and most BCBS plans accepted
  • Cost between $27 and $50 per week in addition, depending on plan and financial need

Stress Reduction Program

Insurance

  • Insurance can be used in some cases. It often doesn’t cover “preventative care”, only offering coverage if your child (or yourself) is already experiencing symptoms of a mental health disorder.
