Any one of the following is included in this subscription:
- Twice a week personal training, between session workout plans- If you haven’t received personal training from OneStep before, you need to schedule an initial personal training intake. You can schedule that here.
- Bi-weekly 45 min coaching session, personalized plans for reaching physical wellness goals, and check-ins throughout the week via text for accountability to changing habits effectively
- Standard Program Package for Weight Loss, Stress Reduction, or Parenting Program

- Bi-weekly sessions which can include personal training, if desired. Also included are in-depth personalized plans to support goals, including more specialized plans such as meal plans. These plans are adjusted as needed between sessions.
