Any one of the following services is covered under this package:
- Weekly personal training, between session workout plans
- 90 minutes/month coaching and personalized plans for reaching physical wellness goals
- Basic Weight Loss, Stress Reduction, and Parenting Program
- Included is a bi-weekly session with plans/skills (depending on which program, examples include: exercise plans, suggestions for nutrition improvement, stress management skills).
- The standard program includes more between session support and in-depth, specialized plans such as meal plans. It also allows for the option of personal training elements during sessions. You can sign up for the standard program here.
