Any one of the following is included in this subscription:
- Twice a week personal training, between session workout plans- If you haven’t received personal training from OneStep before, you need to schedule an initial personal training intake. You can schedule that here.
- Bi-weekly 45 min coaching session, personalized plans for reaching goals, and check-ins via text during the week for accountability to changing habits effectively. After you have signed up for this package, you can schedule an initial appointment (if you don’t already have one).
- Standard Program Package for Weight Loss, Stress Reduction, or Parenting Program

- Bi-weekly sessions which can include personal training, if desired. Also included are in-depth personalized plans to support goals, including specialty plans such as meal plans. These plans are adjusted as needed between sessions.
- Clients starting a program need to schedule an initial intake first. You can schedule that here.
